Some BCC and Logan estates fall in BAL-12.5/19 zones. Mounting hardware and cable shrouding are spec-adjusted automatically; no upcharge on Trade Solar packages.

Builder questions, answered.
Do you sell solar direct to our buyers?
No. Trade Solar is trade-only. We sit behind your brand on the selections sheet. If a homeowner finds us, we send them back to their builder.
When does the crew come, and how long are they on site?
We lock one install slot to roof-on (and final-fit as programmed). The crew aims for a single visit for fit and commission, with SMS to the site super beforehand. Weekdays only, 7am–5pm Brisbane time.
Who handles STCs, Energex/Ergon, and warranty after handover?
We lodge the compliance pack (including STC paperwork) and connection requirements for Energex on Brisbane. After handover, the homeowner contacts Trade Solar for warranty and support, not your office.
